Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner
Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner
17. March 2020.
In line with our purpose ‘caring for people’s health as a trusted partner’, we at STADA are aware of the uncertainty that the evolving coronavirus COVID-19 situation is creating, and therefore we are doing everything possible to ensure an uninterrupted supply of high-quality medicines to market.
Working closely with supply-chain partners and relevant authorities, STADA has undertaken a series of measures to safeguard supplies for patients and healthcare professionals of essential treatments such as cancer therapies, transplantation drugs and cardiovascular medicines. Highly dedicated staff also at this time ensures that manufacturing is continuing at full capacity in all our facilities around the world. We are also working to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials needed to produce our generic and consumer healthcare medicines.
While supporting healthcare systems is a key priority for STADA Group in these challenging times, so too is protecting the health and well-being of all employees. To assist social distancing and help mitigating the spread of the virus, all of our colleagues not directly involved in producing, testing and dispatching medicines are now working remotely. All non-essential travel and in-person meetings have been suspended. As we can‘t visit doctors, clinics or pharmacists face-to-face at the moment, we are still offering round-the-clock support via digital tools such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
We thank all of our colleagues for their collaboration and commitment in the spirit of One STADA.
